This is a redacted PDF mission report, or MISREP, from the Department of War. MISREPs are standardized U.S. military reporting forms, and the general text section can include qualitative context for UAP reports to AARO.

In the report, a U.S. military operator said a UAP was traveling at an estimated 321 knots, or 369 mph. The observer reported that the UAP "increased speed and changed direction towards the east." The description and speed estimate reflect the reporter's interpretation at the time, and the report says they should not be treated as conclusive evidence of any object features or performance characteristics.
