From everything I read, I think the her dad was letting his friends have their way with her. I think she was killed at a neighbors house where they had visited that night and her body was moved. Mom knew it had been going on with her AND her brother, and was turning a blind eye. I think John molested his kids from both marriages. I think Patsy was forced to write that note.

The pineapple makes me think it was Burke but John's behavior and attitude is so WTF. I can't decide.
