This PDF is a NASA transcript of Gemini 7 communications on 12/5/65 between astronauts James "Jim" Lovell and Frank Borman and the Manned Flight Center in Houston, Texas. The incident took place in low Earth orbit, and the transcript begins with Borman reporting a "bogey" and a debris field.

Borman described the debris field as "very, very many [...] hundreds of little particles" and estimated the particles were four miles from the spacecraft. Lovell reported seeing a "brilliant body in the sun against a black background with trillions of particles on it." The file also includes handwritten notes on the encounter, annotated "UFO Sighting by Borman" in the top right corner.
