FBI File on Threatening Communications to David H. Brooks
This FBI file concerns threatening telephone calls received by David H. Brooks, chairman of Brooks Industries, and another recipient in March 1994. The Old Westbury Police Department investigated the calls, which were traced to a Florida telephone number, and requested FBI involvement because the calls crossed state lines and Brooks held government contracts for body armor and related protective equipment.
