FBI File on the Sikh Temple Shooting in Oak Creek
This FBI Milwaukee investigation concerns Wade Michael Page's August 5, 2012 attack at the Sikh Temple of Wisconsin in Oak Creek. The Bureau opened the matter as an AOT, or anti-terrorism, investigation involving white supremacist extremists after Page killed six temple attendees, wounded four others, and was killed following an exchange of gunfire with responding police. The released records include the case-opening communication, investigative leads and surveillance concerning Page's possible Cudahy residence, and requests for his military records.
