FBI File on the Kidnapping and Murder of Mack Charles Parker
This file concerns the 1959 abduction and lynching murder of Mack Charles Parker, a Black man held in the Pearl River County Jail in Poplarville, Mississippi. The FBI investigated after a group of eight to ten men forcibly removed Parker from the jail, and his body was later found in the Pearl River.
