FBI File on Ira Einhorn and the Helen Holly Maddux Murder
This file concerns the Philadelphia murder prosecution of Ira Einhorn in the death of Helen Holly Maddux. The FBI Laboratory received physical evidence from Philadelphia police in April 1979 for latent-print, hair, blood, body-fluid, and related forensic examinations. The records include a laboratory worksheet and police submission letter listing a trunk, its contents, samples from Einhorn and Maddux, and materials recovered from Einhorn's apartment, as well as January 1980 court paperwork seeking FBI laboratory agent William McGinnis's testimony and records.
