Dark Triangle with Lights, June or July 2011
In an April 2025 FBI interview, two former U.S. military service members described a dark triangle with lights in June or July 2011, an incident recorded as potentially involving UAP. The FD-302 interview record and the FBI digital rendering are attached. The FBI prepared the rendering in 2026 as a visual aid for the PURSUE initiative, based on the observers' first-hand descriptions. The record does not identify the object, and the file is redacted. Declassified by the Department of War under the PURSUE UAP records release (tranche of 8/7/26). Agency: FBI Incident: 2011 Document ID: FBI-UAP-D028-set
