Damn guys, I mean look at her from back then, she was probably like 5'2 and 97lbs getting dicked by a 20yr old. Is nobody gonna acknowledge the boyfriend as being a ephebophilic manipulator? I'm sure at 16 she easily convinced it was the only way.

I believe that, because sometimes in cases like this when there are two defendants,one takes a heavier sentence so the one that actually did the murder, doesn't get sentenced to death,even if the co-defendant is a minor or wasn't the actual killer,but did plan it... They sometimes will get the same sentence...
