CIA Report on Charged Mass Paper in Armenia, 1971
This PDF is a 1972 CIA Intelligence Information Report summarizing a US attendee's observations at a conference on origins of life in Armenia, held September 6 to 8, 1971. It covers a speculative paper on charged mass behavior in space presented by Soviet scientists N.S. Kardashev and A. Sakharov. The source title also notes the attendee's view of the low scientific level of other Soviet papers at the conference. A more redacted version of the report has been available on CIA's public website. Declassified by the Department of War under the PURSUE UAP records release (tranche of 6/12/26). Agency: CIA Incident: 1972 Document ID: CIA-UAP-008
