lol, actually that's an old picture, probably from the early sixties (way before cocaine was popular in the US, thus making drug trafficking a profitable business for some people here), it was from a tabloid journalist who was making a report on a municipal morgue (don't remember which city though, but my guess is either Bogota or Medellin). Not many people wanted a job on that "industry" so they hired pretty much anyone who would took it, including people who hadn't exactly the mental and hygienic conditions required to pick up dead bodies for a living. That truck was used to transport the bodies from the morgue to a mass grave.

It would be interesting to track that newspaper down
