As far as I could comprehend, these two Muslims were murdered by "throat slit like a rite as the lamb for Tabaski" as a warning to the country about uncontrolled immigration. An uprising against a statement in the mid 1980s from then French president Jacques Chirac, "that France will be a muslim power".
