That male organ isn't human. It belongs to either a horse or a bull. I heard about this years ago. That photo was analyzed by several anatomists, and they concluded definitively that this penis isn't human, but, rather, a large animal. Now unless Rasputin was a horse or a bull masquerading as a person, that dong was never part of his anatomy.
Sorry mate, but I am pretty damn sure that this isn't a schlong of a horse/bull. I used to work with horses and know that horses/bulls don't have a retractable foreskin like humans do, and that picture above is of a penis with a retractable foreskin. Plus you can see the fatty area of a mans body attached to the base of the penis.

^^That may be so, but he was known to have an abnormally large penis. He used to whip it out at parties while drunk and was even known to piss on people while standing on dinner tables.
