I forget the story with the strangled children. It is on here somewhere. It may have been a childcare case or a hospital. Here is the old thread. The one with the pregnant woman...she had what is called a "postmortem birth" The pressure from decomposition pushes the fetus out of the birth canal as the mother bloats. A famous case of this was Lacey Peterson.
