One country, split into two pieces, east and west Pakistan. East Pakistan is now called Bangladesh. This was one of many horrendous insults the British thirsty upon ‘the jewel in the crown’, as they simultaneously robbed and plundered its vast wealth, to pay for two wars, exploited its people, and fucked up its politics. |
