Macroglossia (overgrown tongue). Cause not given, but it looks much like advanced cases of lymphangioma- cancer of the lymph nodes that occasionally spreads to the tongue.

idk if you guys know this but this child is dead the eyes are fake, see back in the day they would paint on the eyes so the child would look illegitimately alive i can still tell nice fooling me though........gotcha im not dumb

Even if he is dead in this pic, he looks like he grew some before it got this bad.... He had to live with it while barely knowing how to even live... lame!
