It looks like he was being executed by a boomerang.  It would be more painful sitting like that than being shot, or boomeranged to death.  |

This is a practice that needs to be used in the US. Instead of wasting taxpayer money keeping a roof over their heads, food in their bellies, free cable, internet, and gym privileges. Limit appeals to 2 and after losing the 2nd appeal instant firing squad.
