Fat usually sags & some of that looks um, well, elevated. Like it's gas from decomp. Just my opinion...obviously NOT all of it. I don't think anyone ever wants to end up in this situation, it's a sad situation.

That remindes me of the time I worked for a undertaker in our town, I was sent to pick up a body at the hospital, while I was there another undertake brought a huge dead man that was found dead in his house, he had been there 5 days before he was found, when he was moved to go into the fridge he exploded, hid entire guts fell onto the floor, it took as few days to get that smell out of my nose.
