Medical Tools From The 1920's & 30's
These are all stainless steel medical and embalming tools. The person I purchased them from said they are from the 1920's and 1930's. Most are marked with "Reiner" on them (I assume that's the brand). If anyone has anything about them or what specific purpose some were used for, it would be greatly appreciated. First Image: Assortment of pliers and tongs. Second Image: Probes (I assume) and tweezers. Third Image: Long probes (I assume) and hollow rods with holes on the ends (to inject or extract fluid?) Fourth Image: Scissors and pliers. I don't know what the other items are. One looks like a syringe. Fifth Image: Large syringe-like object. There are 2 of these. Looks like something to extract fluid. Sixth Image: No idea what these are. The one on the left has a tiny blade that pops out when you push the thumb mechanism on the other end. |
