That my friends is one lucky Lineman.
I worked around high voltage for twenty eight years and one of the first things I was told by my journeyman when I started was that you will only ever make one mistake with high voltage.
That is normally a very true statement.
This guy got very lucky .
Four thousand volts is almost always fatal , thus making it your one mistake.
