You can tell that pic's been doctored, Magda's oldest son wasn't there when the family portrait was taken, so they moved the two girls apart and stuck him in the middle

The very first picture is of Josef Goebbels and his wife, Magda (nee Quandt) Goebbels.
Who is the soldier at the top? That is Helga Goebbels brother, "Iforgethisname Quandt". (His image was "photoshopped" in for the Goebbels family Christmas card in 1944, which is where this image came from.) He was actually on duty in Italy and could not get home for Christmas in 1944.
He was the only survivor of the family, since his sister died with Goebbels, and all of his neices were killed by the Goebbels before the fall of Germany.
He was a lieutenant in a Luftwaffe squadron in Italy, and he survived the war.
So what?
The Quandt family is the richest in Germany. They own a LOT of the industry in Germany, including BMW (which now owns Rolls-Royce as well)
I often wondered what kind of life the little girls would have had, if they had survived. I figured it wouldn't have been much of a life, until I checked into it and found out about the Quandt family. They would have lived a life of ease and privilege.
As it turned out, only Lt. Quandt inherited everything. If you are interested, Google the Quandt family and read about them. The point of all this is that the murder of the little girls served absolutely no purpose at all. They weren't Nazis, they were just little girls who played with dolls in the Fuhrerbunker. They could have been sent to Munich and survived the war.
