Horse Mass Grave, WW1 or WW2?

"The forgotten forced labour of war"

There is a memorial to all the horses who fell somewhere in Finland. I thought that was a nice gesture for them.

Unsure if image is WW1 or WW2. More horses were used in WW1.

My guess it's from WW1 deeming from the quality of the photo and what they are wearing.. can't tell for sure though!
