Didn't Saddam's brotherinlaw loose his head when he was hanged? I'd love to see that video.  I read somewhere that it popped off like a Dandelion head. Grossed out the spectators pretty bad.  |

Saddam's head was close to snapping. His neck had a huge cut in one side. Pierpoint would have done a cleaner job for sure. That was a guy with pride for his job. |

There is a science to hanging...if the executioners made any calculations at all, they would have known that the rope was way too short for Black Jack's weight. That's why his head popped off at the drop.
