Actually it's more humane than the electric chair and quicker than lethal injection! I vote to bring it back!!!! Let people watch and you'll see a drop in crime. Three time losers..CHOP, problem in prison...CHOP, overcrowding....CHOP, CHOP, chop, chop, chop.....
