Taken from a far-out book called "Regional Flaps of the Head and Neck" by John Conley (1976). So 'flap surgery' has nothing to do with designer vaginas then!
Unless they have fuck-faces, and to tell you the truth....I think they have.

I'm now picturing a man with a scrotum where his chin is and a penis instead of his nose (mouth in normal spot). A scattering of ginger pubes to create a freakily thick mono-brow would be needed just to add insult to injury That would look brilliant!!!
Only butters from southpark / the ballchinnion from MIB2 and then the judge from Nothing but trouble seem to come to mind.
