That was Karl Hermann Frank and it was May 22, 1946 ! Via the Austro-Hungarian pole method, he was the Nazi SS Senior Group Leader (rank of Obergruppenführer) and General of Police in Prague. Oh yeah he had it coming too! On a side note his wife was a doctor and a real beauty, she was held prisoner by the Russians until 1955!
