You can see that they are desperate for a drink, this is so sad. Are rabies victims just frightened of water ? would say a coffee , milkshake etc still have the same effect ?

Yes they are obviously very thirsty but have difficulty swallowing because rabies causes spasms to the voicebox.

I wonder what the woman's issue was with taking a drink.

The baby was desperete for it!
