Rabies is one hell of a disease and dying from it must be awfully agonizing  A very eye-opening vid indeed.

I would think the doc realized that the guy was finally done suffering. It may be relief on the dead guy's behalf that we were seeing.

That is profoundly sad. To see someone suffer so hard because of an incurable disease without any hope. Then lapsing into a coma, finally being at peace. And to think his suffering served as valuable knowledge, that today we're watching this to learn. Man, I still feel bad that he had a horrible death, but at least it wasn't in vain. |

crazy stuff. I never seen actual patient with Rabies. I heard of a girl who was saved by inducing a coma so the virus could not keep going up the spinal chord.
