From what I found, Jack Correa has more than likely been released. They were 19 in 1983 which would make them both 55 years old. I have looked their names up online and a people search came up they are still together and living in Vegas. They lived all through New York like NYC, Bronx, Manhattan, Astoria and I guess they relocated to vegas from what it looks like.

And how I'm positive this is them, I looked up in specific, jack j Correa specifically in New York and there was only two people in the entire state of Ny by that name and he would be 55 today. His associates came up and Marisol Correa was one of them including two other people with the same name which might be the remaining children.
