I don't know. I think that the fetus was added later or pulled out. It is too far from the body to have been expelled naturally after the mother's death unless the gasses shoot the unborn child out like a cork from a pop gun. Just saying.

Looks kinda burnt to me. maybe just the black and white, although it appears theres a pool of blood to the side of her. its not amniotic fluid because well its clear... it is an autoabortion though, you know the baby puts pressure on the abdominal aorta and inferior venacava so pregant women have a much lower survival rate of traumatic injury its a case of, if the trauma is slow and painful enough, they will autoabort, otherwise the first thing the doctors do when i take you to hospital, is rip the baby out then concentrate on treating you. those blighters are lethal!
