Dead Woman...Expelled Baby
looks very young, shame no1 was there to help her. Baby looks very small and theyve been there a while..weird

It seems to me that the cause of death was what made her expel the fetus, that's why the size. I wonder what killed her... |

I would suspect that the victim is Chinese and was killed during the "Rape of Nanking", by the Japanese military in 1937. The fetus expulsion was most likely the result of a bayonet attack, as that was one of the methods they practiced on the women.

I have no idea how or when she was killed, but I definitely agree it was probably the beating/killing that made the baby come out. I have read like 1000 fucking true crime books and there were more than one case when the trauma put the woman into labor, expelling the baby. sad though.  |

I agree she was probably killed, and lost the baby afterwards. Or.... she may have been dead awhile, and the baby was expelled during a coffin birth. Body gasses may have pushed the baby out. It is so sad to see little babies dead. |
Shocking how a body can just be left for awhile..
