Either way, they are shocking images I haven't seen before, very interesting.

I saw this album on an auction once. I believe they had set the starting price at ~$3000, I think. There was about 150 pictures in it, many pictures of Jews showing how they did their thing. There was also lots of pictures of some American soldier posing different places with different people.

Yes your memory serves you well: now the estimate price is $1900 - $2000

Let's see how long it takes for the "Holocaust never happened" morons to come out of the woodwork.

Re: Dachau Concentration Camp Victims

Dachau was one of the 1st camps I researched. Nice collection. How can people state that these atrocities never happened. If they didn't then what does these photos depict...this was long before -shop. Thanks!

Being hung by your arms tied behind your back must be utter agony. I've read that the shoulders slowly dislocate and you end up hanging by the ligaments and muscles.

I've seen pictures with dozens of people strung up like that on frames, in some concentration camp or other.

It's also a form of torture which works very well, it's known as "Strappado": dislocation of both arms is most likely, sometimes weights are added to intensificate the effect (and cause more pain). Old technique, but very very effective.
This (a variant of) was done to Niccolò Machiavelli in prison, to Girolamo Savonarola (multiple times, before being burnt at the stake, lucky man). It's also known as "palestinian hanging", the U.S. government has been accused of using "torture-lite," or "moderate physical pressure," against detainees at Abu Ghraib prison.

Now, this prisoner is simultaneously being subjected to forced standing, Palestinian hanging, forced nudity, and sexual humiliation (as his face is hidden by a woman's underwear): the ensemble doesn't look very "lite" or "moderate", in my humble opinion.
