Yes this was the first thing i noticed. What i also find interesting is the formation of the inside of the left and largest vessel while this congested with a large amount of fluid it also hints at a congestion of suburachnoid blood vessels on the posterior aspect of the brain.

And yes i havent a fucking clue what im on about.
