Either rigor mortis or a prolonged stretch.

'Note position of the victim's arm indicating rigor mortis' - so you have to put your hand up to show so???

Looks like she came to lay on a big rock or stump. I have seen pathology move victims around on the floor to simulate how they were positioned after resting. Water complicates this science with some limbs floating due to gases in the blood making them buoyant.

Some people sink like a rock and others may be neutral or float. Usually they will sink, and so will the limbs.
