Before, Hanged and After
The man, whose surname was Biggars was. executedlynched. The pictures show he was prepared for this end, including that they were all taken by the same photographer. The story was that he was engaged to be married--- in the living picture, his fingers are bare, but in the casket, he is wearing a wedding-ring, so there may have been a last-minute wedding.
