I cant believe someone on here said did she die while giving birth. Some sick person pulled the baby out or something. The baby is maybe 4 months old. not four months born, four months in development.

I saw something very similar to this in a 9/11 post. A pregnant woman jumped from the 2nd tower and the baby kind of popped out of her from the pressure and force of the landing. Burned as well, from the fire she jumped to escape. I don't think it was this exact picture.
