Could be. There was a woman in India or Egypt, (I believe), who had a calcified baby attached to internal organs for 40 years before having pain severe enough for her to get checked. She was pregnant and believed the baby had, "gone to sleep", and never had any other children, but, adopted. I believe her story is on this site and it has aired on tv as, "The Woman Who Was Pregnant For 40 Years".

It sometimes happens with parasitic twins wherein a twin doesn't develop, but, is inside the other baby, even a boy, for several years. Again, this happened, I believe, in India. For some reason, the man's x-rays would show nothing, but, his stomach protruded. At some point, another device showed his calcified twin brother. That was really creepy looking like a stone with hair on it when removed. This is called fetus en fetous, among other spellings.

The second baby, I'm assuming from the photo, has cysts bigger than his or her entire body. Sad!
