Love them.

Coccaine and Rum to kill the pain that cancer causes.

The woman laying on the bed with the giant tumour on her stomach and bum, is very similar to a case in America not that long ago.
These tumours suck the life and nutrition out of people. Eventually killing them, which is why the guy in the next photo is so skinny.

They used a 'Stiff Drink', usually rum, to 'numb' the pain of havingsurgery.

"Oh shit?! Their cutting my leg off.
That's ok. I am drunk on rum." Hick!
