Back in the day, Roman Polanski was even worse. The fact that he raped a 13 year old girl and fled the country didn't even make a dent in his career. He actually profited from it. :disgust
I don't know if his peers just pity him after the ordeal he went through after Sharon Tate was murdered, or what. The guy is foul.
