Woman Tried To Slit Sleeping Husband's Throat!! MASON, Ohio -- A Mason woman was indicted Monday in the attempted slaying of her husband. Police said 53-year-old Scarlett Lewis slit her husband's throat while he slept, causing a wound that required 10 stitches to close. Her husband said he remembers waking up after Lewis then plunged a knife into his chest, and he called 911 for help. Lewis was arrested and remains held without bond. A grand jury indicted her on one count each of attempted murder, felonious assault and domestic violence. one hell of a way to wake up   · |
