Woman Kills Both of Her Children Because They Were "mouthy and Rude"
The mother who killed her children in Tampa Florida, Julie Schenecker, is seen on camera in court today shaking uncontrollably. This mother confessed to killing her kids because “they were mouthy and rude.” A mother killing her two children by shooting them in the head has left her friends and family in shock and asking, what happened? Julie Schenecker along with the entire Schenecker family were considered a regular family from anyone looking in from the outside. Both teenagers were star athletes and students, according to ABC News. The 50 year old mother was found in bloody clothes on her back porch by police the day after she had killed her children. Her children's dead bodies remained right where she had killed them by shooting them in the head. Schenecker’s mother called police from Texas because she was worried about her daughter, who was depressed and did not answer the phone. It was a day too late, by the time police were called Beau, 13 and Calyx, 16 had already been dead for a day. Julie Schenecker drove her son to soccer practice and on the way there, she shot him twice in the head. She turned the car around and went home leaving her dead son’s body in her car in the garage. Schenecker then walked into the house where her 16 year old daughter was doing her homework on the computer. Schenecker shot her once from close range in the back of her head. The children stayed where they were shot dead for a day as Schenecker stayed at home, calling no one or answering the phone to no one. Schenecker was still covered in her children's blood when police found her, according to ABC News. Schenecker’s husband, Army Col. Parker Schenecker was stationed in the Middle East when his wife shot his children and is making his way home. Schenecker was refused bail when she appeared in court today, where she was visibly shaking and could be heard sobbing. It will be hard for Schenecker to get off on an insanity plea, where it can be shown that she planned to kill her children, from purchasing a gun, right down to a note she left. Schenecker left a suicide note, it was her intention to kill the two children and then herself, but the reason she did not kill herself is still unknown. Julie Schenecker was in the hospital with an undisclosed medical condition, one that she had before killing her children, but was released on Sunday back to the jail. An article that came out in the Yale University in New Haven, “Yale Daily News” explains why women very seldom receive the death penalty even when they do the horrendous act of killing children. According to the article, “Capitol Punishment has always been gender bias.” This could also be the case for Julie Schenecker. She has already admitted to killing her children, but according to the Connecticut -Yale News report, women are in a much better place for escaping being put to death, than if a man had done this same crime. I hate the news. Doubtful that she killed them because they were mouthy. More likely she has severe mental issues. |

If teenagers push someone far enough to kill them, how did they handle people in the real world? And bigger than that... How does someone kill their own fucking child or a child period! So, they had smart mouths. Maybe she should have disciplined them when they were younger and they wouldn't be like that. I didn't back talk my parents. Ok, I did my dad a little. But anyone that could kill their own child, is not fit to be on this earth. |

You're right and so is the guy below. I saw the woman and she CLEARLY had mental issues, kids didn't help though. Another thing, don't compare your youth to todays youth; they're a different breed thanks to MTV and Youtube. I have a 16 yr old sister that I helped raise and I barely know her now. She's either on her cell or her i-pod. Wouldn't mind aborting her ass 16 yrs after the fact so I know how that woman feels. Still wrong though.

She needs to rot in prison for the rest of her life. Her husband is the one who is going to have to deal with the worst of it. His two kids are dead. His wife is the killer, and he is all alone. |
