Re: Woman Keeps Boyfriend's Corpse; Watches Nascar With Him No picture of her, although I am very curious to see the woman to whom he was the only nice man. Can't help it ;) Maybe she's a cougar and we can hook her up with the guy who posted his phone number on the internet after his girlfriend dumped him. There are some interesting comments on a Michigan site. Most people feel sorry for her that she took care of him for 10 years and signed the checks while she was alive. When he died, she just went on. The man retired and was a veteran. The people think she needs care, not jail and don't feel she, "stole that much money from the taxpayers," I wanted to post the article and comments, but, either it or my computer, is not cooperating. She says she kept the body clean and dressed and it did not stink. One of his sons said, "It wasn't right keeping him laying around like that". They could not have been all that concerned. Time of death it estimated to be December, 2010. This is the best I can do. She doesn't want to be photographed. |

Re: Woman Keeps Boyfriend's Corpse; Watches Nascar With Him I find this terribly heart wrenching, regardless of the cashing of the checks I don't doubt she had him there for company as well. |

Re: Woman Keeps Boyfriend's Corpse; Watches Nascar With Him She did what almost any bereaved person secretly wants: to hold on. We "know" the body needs to be removed from the world of the living, but do we like the idea? Or if we're honest, if it weren't for the stink, wouldn't we just love to cling on? I know I would. I always let them go because I don't want the smell, and I don't want such an intense memory, and I don't want the creepiness of it, but that's my personal reasons. For possibly just as valid reasons, this woman decided she could put up with all that if only she could hold him for a bit longer. Try tearing a person away from their dead loved one. I kind of envy her that. I sometimes envy people who are so messed up that no "reason" or "logic" stands in their way of doing their heart's desire, and for that matter there is worse than holding on to a dead body. |
