Woman About to Lose Kids Due to Breast Cancer to Abusive Ex-spouse

Alaina Giordano was diagnosed with breast cancer three and half years ago. That was bad.

This is worse: On April 25th, a judge in North Carolina used Alaina's cancer as a key reason to transfer custody of her 5-year-old son and 11-year-old daughter to her ex-husband (a man Alaina describes as "abusive" and who lives more than 700 miles away).

This is happening even though Alaina says her kids "know that I have cancer, they know that I go for treatment once a month now, they know that it's stable. They know me as mom, and it doesn't affect our daily life."

She has just two weeks to appeal, and her hope is that a huge outcry from the public and local elected officials can help reverse the decision.

Thankfully, that outcry is growing quickly. A petition started by Alaina's sister Lauren has more than 7,000 signatures, Alaina was interviewed on Good Morning America and the Today Show, and media throughout North Carolina and the U.S. are now covering the injustice.

But time is short, and the wrong outcome here sets a dangerous precedent for mothers and fathers with cancer or other serious diseases. Family courts are RIDICULOUS, though not that they haven't always been. Bad parents get their kids back, until the kids die, and so many good parents get their children taken away. Until judges are HELD ACCOUNTABLE for their action this will continue.

The FORMER judge, William Medely from Gallia County Ohio was removed and barred from practicing law earlier this year. NOT because he sent my step nephew to his death, not because he liked to fuck young girls while drunk and high on crack cocaine, but because he cashed money from checks the state accidentally sent him while he was suspended from law. Money means everything to people, our children do not. It makes me angry.

Two year old little boy, his name was Trenton. Trenton's 3 year old sister, Sumara witnessed the fatal assault.

Despite the abuse and neglect, both parents being worthless pill heads and FAMILY WILLING TO CONTINUE CARING for little Trenton and his sister, they were sent back to the ghetto to live with their parents. The mother's sister had cared for Trenton and his sister a good 80% of their lives.

But no, the drunken and now dethroned cunt thought the children would be better off with 2 drug addicts with lengthy records of prior abuse and neglect..

There is so much abuse towards children, I am a survivor myself. And after having 2 little boys of my own, I keep my eyes peeled for any indication of abuse when it comes to any child.

Sounds like the judge in this news story is participating in some systematic abuse.

The male baby killer is doing 15 to life, the worthless egg donor got like 4 years but a robbery charge where she dragged a 60+ woman 25 feet with her car in the process was figured into that sentence.

Wow that is fucking horrible!!!! Judges can be such idiots. Seriously. My mom was abused pretty badly as a kid. And as soon as she got pregnant with my oldest brother she went right to therapy to make sure she never turned out like her mother. Years ago, her mother took away all my moms medication (some for her thyroid which is extremely important) she wouldn't give them back and when my brother tried to call the cops she twisted his wrist. They were called and they had to escort her from our house.

That is horrible. Your mother is a hero, it takes a lot to break the cycle. So many can't , won't, or simply never get the chance to do so.

Yeah, I love her for it. When my brother was a baby, she let her mother babysit him for a little bit and tell me if this makes sense. He bit her, so she bit him back! Needless to say, we were never left alone with her again.

I COULD see that if a kid is older and the bite back isn't hard. My oldest bit my mom once and she smacked him in the mouth. I probably would have clocked her, but she had been woken up by the bite, so I let it go. My mom was a cruel bitch but she did treat my sons a lot better than she did me or my sister. Now whether that would change later in life is unknown, seeing as the bitch is dead.

Either way, I'm determined not to be my mother.
