Now known as Chelsea Manning, she has decided to transition to female. She apparently told army psychiatrists that she wanted to be female years ago, and sent them pictures dressed as such. They have apparently leaked to the media, but I could only find the one such photo.

US Military prisons however do not provide hormone treatment, and she will be sent to a male prison, or kept in solitary confinement.
