Who Says Hip Hop is Homophobic?
That's not the ending I expected! Very, very sad! The black guy couldn't accept himself as he was so he killed his lover and himself. Religious beliefs really fuck with some peoples' heads. |

Re: Who Says Hip Hop is Homophobic?
This inspired me to post for the first time, Murs is an excellent example of intelligent underground hip-hop. I've been a listener for years, and I'm glad to see decent artists finally coming to the spotlight, powerful video, powerful message. And the Funkadelic samples to top it off? Holy fuckin' shit.

Re: Who Says Hip Hop is Homophobic?
Props. Im honored to pop your first post cherry. its really funny because it was a bit controversial when he featured his pornstar girlfriend, Roxy Reynolds in a few of his videos a few years ago when he also had freeform dreadlocks. for the people who discovered him and gave him props because of the videos with Roxy, they are the same ones who are let down and disgusted by this video. But with more and more artists in Hip Hop coming out (Frank Ocean), they are paving the way for new artists who may be homosexual and not have their career be corrupted by it. |

Re: Who Says Hip Hop is Homophobic?
This isn't about "sexuality" it's about life as a whole. Somewhere, for some reason, someone will always find a reason to hate. It's a dog-eat-dog world. Solution: Make sure your bite is just as bad as your bark. |
