This reminds me of the Saudi cleric who was keen on women integrating in the workplace but worried about incompatible religious rules. His answer was for women in the workplace to breastfeed their male colleagues, fostering a maternal relationship with said women and allowing them to be "alone" with men and behave in a more relaxed manner at work. Great solution!

I'm sure an Egyptian Islamic scholar suggested the same at one point too.
