I don't know. I don't know if the dad was a serious hard ass and was a total dick, or if he gave her a fair warning and she refused to heed it.

I don't agree with shaming a child like this. It's highly destructive and shows that the parents usually don't know how to handle the problem in a proper or preventative way.

I am going with total dick! I don't have children and I know of all the suicides going on.
