I have a pal who works at an adult bookstore/toy shop so of course after reading this I called him (waking him up) with the question "What the fuck could have gone wrong" and the only response I got was "Pipe Dreams" makes crappy products and a suggestion to pay a bit more upfront so you don't end up with an exploding dildo. *shrug*

EDIT: Due to several air-injection diving knifes being mistakenly shipped with our marital aids we have decided to recall all products sold between 9/1/10 and 10/4/11. Please, for the love of god wash them off first.
