"British Police are now confirming they're responding to two separate incidents away from the London Bridge. Officers responded to reports of stabbings at the nearby Borough Market where armed officers responded and shots were fired, and are also in the process of responding to another incident in the Vauxhall area. Officials are not confirming if these incidents are connected. British Prime Minister Theresa May has been briefed."

Within minutes there were reports of a second incident at Borough Market on the south bank of the Thames. One cab driver said three men ran towards the market stabbing people - including a young girl - as they ran.
