They "test"-waterboarded me. Yes, and it sucked. It. Is. Terrifyng. The wet-towel blocks air and you feel a moment of panic, just like they wanted. All I can say is "try it". It's horrifying to me.

But we all did it a second time and agreed that, after the first time, the realiziation that you could breathe, subsequent times didn't scare them as much.

Waterboarding won't kill you, unless you're claustrophobic.

It's seems that when waterboarding didn't get the desired results, they had no problem moving on to another tactic. They used attack dogs, put people in coffin sized boxes for weeks strait, chained up and frozen to death...... Waterboarding is at the low end of the spectrum.

Bear in mind too that only a fraction of the report was unclassified, and that the CIA has shown it's willingness to cover it's ass.
